{The 2nd|The other} and the best Generic Lee movie ever {is exactly what|is actually} "Fist of Fury" {is recognized as|is known as|is regarded as} as around the world. {It really is|It truly is|It can be} set in 1908 Shanghai when Chen (Bruce Lee) visits his {battle|combat|deal with} school to go to his teacher's funeral. {An organization|A bunch} from the Japanese Bushido School of Martial {Artistry|Disciplines|Martial arts} visits the funeral with a tablet on which was inscribed "To the Sick Man of Asia". Soon Chen learns that his mentor was {wiped out|murdered|slain} by some members of the Bushido school. His grief turns into angriness and he transforms {in to the|in the} one-man-fighting-machine looking to avenge the death of his master.

The concept to fight for honor has been there with the Chinese civilization since {beginning|creation|invention} and the plot of "Fist of Fury" was created to play with this popular sentiment. {Once|When ever|The moment} Bruce Lee was seen beating the hell away of all members of japan Bushido school and yelling "Chinese are not sick men! " the Chinese audience might have felt the humiliation during the time of {Western|Japanese people} invasion {on the planet|worldwide} War 2 finally being washed away. Hence it was to no one's surprise that the movie broke box-office records all across South-East Asia.

Almost 30 years after "Fist of Fury" was released, film {testers|critics|gurus} tend to agree that action-wise, "Fist of Fury"has no match, but the directional aspect lacked {splendour|elegance|beauty}. The set looked {regular|common|normal}, there were numerous bad angle shots, {the backdrop|the setting} {rating is|report is|credit score is} well below standard, the bad guys {seem to be} like funny comic {character types|heroes|personas} and the dubbing was not worth mentioning. {Attempting|Seeking|Striving} to incorporate a sub-plot in the form of an absurd and {uncomfortable|cumbersome|difficult} romantic scene is yet another common point of criticism. There is a story which says that director Lo Wei was so disinterested {as the|even though the} {passionate|intimate|loving} scenes were shot that he was busy {focusing on|centering on} horse racing!

The biggest flaw in the movie was that the {character types were|heroes were|personas were} either very good or completely evil. {Presently there was|Right now there was|Generally there was} no gray {color|tone|hue} in any of them. The Japanese were {pictured|described|made} as the ultimate {bad|anxiety}, with no compassion or decency. Quite the {reverse|opposing|contrary}, the Chinese side was shown to be {serenity|peacefulness|tranquility} loving, kind and {good|reasonable|respectable}. The only one {personality|figure|persona} with the correct {dosage|medication dosage} of complexity and {interesting depth is|range is|more detail is} that of Lee's. We see him {attempting|seeking|striving} to restore his school's honor and take down his teacher's murderers and at the same time doing the opposite of what his school and teacher advocated.

From a martial-arts-lover's {perspective|viewpoint|standpoint}, this is Lee's best ever performance. The action scenes are amazingly fast-paced and {superbly|wonderfully|attractively} choreographed. {Initially|The first time} ever, we get to see Shelter displaying his skills with Nun-Chaku. We are also treated to almost {practical|reasonable|genuine} Jeet Kune Do {techniques|movements|goes} like the finger jab and low-level kicks.
